OLIVER BUTLER Peacefully on October 30, 2003 Oliver passed away at the Grace Hospital after a lengthy illness at the age of 83. Oliver is survived by his wife of 62 years Irene Marie Butler (nee Andries) his children, Richard (Linda), Allan, Arthur, Susan (Rocco Di Fonzo), Linda (Robert Hough) ten grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and sister Nora Dronsfield (nee Butler). He is predeceased by sister Elizabeth Butler; brothers, Ira Butler and Ben Butler. Oliver served in the Second World War overseas. He loved to fish and be outdoors, loving all the creations of God. Oliver was a kind, humble and loving husband, father and grandfather. He did the best for his family under sometimes strenuous circumstances. We all love him and will never forget him. We wish to thank the nurses on Ward 3 of the Grace Hospital for their kind and loving care. Also those who looked after him at Oakview Extended Care. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
